30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (TinySmile Baby Mouth Cleaner)

At TinySmile™, we want you to feel confident using our Baby Mouth Cleaner. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return, simply email us at support@tinysmile.co within 30 days of receiving your order, and our team will guide you through the return process.

Returns must be initiated within the guarantee period, and products must be sent back in order to receive a refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Returns & Refunds (All TinySmile™ Items)

We accept returns within 30 days for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Because our Baby Mouth Cleaner is a single-use, disposable hygiene product, items that have been opened, used, or removed from their sealed packaging cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

To initiate a return, email support@tinysmile.co within 30 days of delivery. Please include your:

  • order number

  • reason for return

  • photos if requested

All returns must be approved before being shipped back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


To be eligible for a refund:

  1. The item(s) must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  2. A photo of the item(s) may be required before approving your return.

  3. The product must not show any signs of damage, tampering, or misuse.

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.


Shipping & Processing

Orders are processed within up to 72 hours. Once an order has shipped and is in transit, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Refunds or returns may only begin once the customer has received their product.

We strive for fast delivery but are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, or factors outside our control. For delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly.


Damaged or Defective Items

We pack all orders with care. However, if your item arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@tinysmile.co with:

  • your order number

  • a clear photo of the damage

We will assess eligibility for a replacement.

Note: Damage due to misuse, improper handling, or opened hygiene products may not qualify.


Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and our business, TinySmile™ verifies billing and shipping information and monitors transactions for suspicious activity. We may request additional information to verify an order and reserve the right to cancel orders flagged as fraudulent.
